Security

Responsible disclosure

Suspected vulnerabilities in Sigma Auth or the auth server should go to the email address above with "security" in the subject line, not to a public issue tracker.

Writing a useful message

What to include

For technical questions, name the surface you are working against: this documentation site, the auth server at auth.sigmaidentity.com, or the Better Auth client plugin. Include the URL involved, what you are trying to build, and enough detail to reproduce what you saw. For company, partnership, or press inquiries, describe the organization you represent and the outcome you want to discuss.

Reach the mailbox at info@opl.dev. Expect a reply from an opl.dev address: Sigma Auth is an Open Protocol Labs product and shares the company's contact channels.

Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, backup passwords, or bearer tokens by email. Nobody operating Sigma Auth will ask for them: the design goal of the product is that the server never holds your keys at all.
