Contact Sigma Auth
Sigma Auth is built and operated by Open Protocol Labs, Inc. Questions about the product, the documentation, integrations, partnerships, and press all start from the same public mailbox.
Where a message should go
contact@sigmaidentity.com
The primary public contact for Sigma Auth. Right for product questions, partnership and press inquiries, and anything without a more specific channel below.
opldotdev on GitHub
Bug reports and integration questions about the @sigma-auth/better-auth-plugin client package belong on the GitHub organization at github.com/opldotdev, next to the code they describe.
Responsible disclosure
Suspected vulnerabilities in Sigma Auth or the auth server should go to contact@sigmaidentity.com with "security" in the subject line, not to a public issue tracker.
What to include
For technical questions, name the surface you are working against: this documentation site, the auth server at auth.sigmaidentity.com, or the Better Auth client plugin. Include the URL involved, what you are trying to build, and enough detail to reproduce what you saw. For company, partnership, or press inquiries, describe the organization you represent and the outcome you want to discuss.
Reach the mailbox at contact@sigmaidentity.com. Replies come from a sigmaidentity.com address. Sigma Auth is an Open Protocol Labs product.
Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, backup passwords, or bearer tokens by email. Nobody operating Sigma Auth will ask for them: the design goal of the product is that the server never holds your keys at all.
